PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Fired Earth Universal Undercoat is a quality alkyd-based undercoat for use over a wide range of primers. Provides a sandable surface for optimum appearance and improves the overall paint system hiding and adhesion properties.

SPREADING RATE

Approximately 7 to 8 m² / litres per coat depending on the type of substrate and surface porosity. Spread rates are based on the product being applied to smooth substrates.

DRYING PROPERTIES

Surface or touch-dry: 2 to 4 hours.
Over-coating time: Minimum 16 hours (overnight), maximum 7 days.

CLEANING

Clean all tools (brushes & rollers) while wet with mineral turpentine after use.
